Stop Falls Program

Stay independent and prevent falls through a home safety assessment by a licensed Occupational Therapist with home modifications and assistive devices provided.

Declutter Program

Creating healthy and safe living environments by helping in the removal of excess clutter that is negatively impacting quality of life. Often serving those who are facing homelessness.

The Stop Falls Program

Falls threaten the independence of older adults and those with limitations. However, falls do not have to be inevitable as you age or are living with a disability. There are proven ways to reduce and prevent falls.

Share the Care Napa Valley’s fall prevention program provides screening, home safety assessments by a licensed occupational therapist, and home modifications as well as assistive device installation by a contractor at NO CHARGE to Napa County residents.

Declutter Program

Excess clutter can result in an unhealthy living environment. In extreme situations such as hoarding, individuals may face eviction. Share the Care Napa Valley’s declutter program aims to create healthy living environments, avoiding eviction and homelessness.

Share the Care Napa Valley facilitates cleanouts by coordinating a haul away, pickup of reusable items, and/or deep cleaning of a residence. The Declutter Program is for those affected by debilitating disorders that negatively impact their living environment.
